Thriving Families

These are the stories we live for. They touch our hearts and keep us going. Thank you for letting us be a part of your child's life.

"Katelyn was remarkable and exceeded all expectations of what we believed a simple therapy would provide. On our very first visit she asked us to trust her and trust the process and to this day it was one of the best decisions as parents that I believe my husband and I have ever made. If you ask me what occupational therapy is, I cannot tell you—I can however, tell you that with Katelyn’s help our lives improved drastically in so many aspects... She was always patient and kind not just with Atlas, but his very nervous parents as well...Katelyn provided us with the much needed guidance and information that traditional child care doesn’t offer parents to neurodivergent children. She would help us understand the root cause of the issues and challenges we struggled with, while also helping us cultivate creative and easily implemented plans into our daily routines. She helped reduce the amount of meltdowns and helped Atlas excel!"

"I cannot recommend Jessica enough. She has gone above and beyond in providing my daughter excellent occupational therapy and, more importantly, genuinely caring for her. My daughter's case required years of occupational therapy and coordination with speech therapy. Jessica worked hard to ensure that my daughter would succeed and not need therapy anymore. She is someone I will always be thankful to for giving my daughter a more full life than I originally envisioned especially in the early days of her medical issues. I would recommend Jessica to anyone needing occupational therapy."

"There were several days I couldn't help but cry happy tears because I have waited so long as a mother to see my child reach these simple to most milestones, yet difficult for my child to accomplish. None of it would have been possible without Jessica. Not only did she work with him being able to tolerate the sensory part of feeding but she worked with him on many other things, like  strengthening and building his endurance. At the clinic they had an amtryke bike. I never heard or seen one before. I didn't ever think I would see the day that my son was able to ride a bike just like the many other children his age get to experience. I was in tears when he took off down the hallway riding that bike. She made therapy Fun! He has seen multiple therapists throughout his journey, and Jessica is one that we will always remember and be so grateful to have met. Her willingness to care for her patients seems to come natural, she truly cares about your child's needs and pours her heart into each treatment."

"Jessica is amazing!  She was so attuned to my son's physical, mental, and emotional well-being.  She let him help set goals based on what he wanted to accomplish and gave him such a sense of empowerment.  My son was able to accomplish more with Jessica in one year than he had accomplished in the previous five years with multiple therapists.  Jessica's knowledge and skills are impressive, but her heart for children is what makes her the best!"

"Jessica was our favorite occupational therapist we've ever had. She loved working with T. and T. loved her. Jessica always made Our Children’s House more like a home then a hospital and even after leaving she's always made us still feel like part of her family. She’s amazing and I'd highly recommend her to anyone. You won't be disappointed."
