Who benefits from OT?
At Thrive n Play, we serve pediatric clients birth through 18. You don’t need a medical diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Any child struggling to participate in daily childhood activities can benefit from OT. Check out our services page to see how we can serve your child.
How often is OT?
We offer individualized plans that meet your needs, no matter your situation. Need an intensive plan? Weekly sessions? Monthly sessions? Consultations? We have you covered. Let’s work together to make a plan that makes the most sense for your family. Contact us to get started.
How Can I Do OT?
Evaluations:
90-minute evaluation that includes a family interview, observations of your child, development of a plan for therapy, and strategies to get you started immediately!
Treatment sessions:
In-person sessions that are intentional and relevant to the goals that are most meaningful to YOU. Cell phone pictures and videos are encouraged so you see the changes in your child and remember what you are learning!
Telehealth sessions:
Virtual sessions that are intentional and relevant to the goals that are most meaningful to YOU! Just like OT in-person, each session will include skill building with your child, caregiver training, and activities for you to complete with your family between sessions.
Consultations:
Need additional support? Video or phone consultations are a great option to converse away from your child or to go more in depth on an education topic. The structure of consultations will vary depending on your unique needs. Available by appointment as needed.
How much is OT?
Thrive n Play is currently operating as a cash-based practice. This means we are not bound by insurance visit limitations or discouraging test scores. Plus, we can have therapy ANYWHERE!
We do offer monthly, itemized invoices that families can submit to their insurance carrier for reimbursement for out of network providers. Email us now for pricing information!
